Payment and Deposit 


We offer payment via secured bank transfer, PayPal, cash or credit / debit card payment. A minimum deposit of $150 is payable to secure the booking of your booth and the remainder is required to be paid in full at least 7 working days before the event date. You Pix has the right to choose whether your deposit is refundable. 



Cancellation within 14 days after the booking is confirmed will entitle the hirer to a full refund of the deposit unless otherwise stated. Certain hire dates or locations will have non refundable deposits. This will be conveyed to the hirer before booking confirmation is sent. Cancellation after 14 days and within 30 days after the booking is confirmed will entitle the hirer 50% of the deposit.


Cancellation after 30 days of the booking confirmation forfeits the total deposit paid.


A 14 day notice is required on changes to the time and date of the event.


A date change is subject to availability.


Space and Power Requirements


Our booths have a small footprint and don't need much space, however, in order for us to provide your guests with a fun and comfortable experience we suggest a space of 2 x 3 meters is required.


We also require access to 10A, 240v power supply within 10 meters of the space. 



We can not set up outside without a cover during sun hours as the mirror is too reflective. We also do not operate in windy or raining weather and can decide to pack up during your event if weather conditions change and cause damage to our booth.




YouPix Photo Booths have full public liability insurance that covers up to $10m.




YouPix may collect certain personal information about you. 


All information provided to us is treated in a confidential manner.


We endeavour not to divulge or sell your personal information to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.


Hiring, Delivery, Access and Service

You Pix will decide whether delivery, set up and break down of the Mirror Photo Booth will be outside the rental period or included in your quote.


Set-up of the Mirror Photo Booth takes approximately 1 hour whilst break down and removal takes approximately 45 minutes.  


A trained Photo Booth Host will be with the Photo Booth at all times to ensure the smooth running of the Photo Booth during the event.


For access to set up the booth we require a flat entrance into the events space without steps. Please advise if there are steps as we will need to treat each case individually and check for access with the events space owner.


Use of Images


The hirer may give permission for photos taken during the event to be used by YouPix for promotional materials and advertising.  Should this permission not be granted, YouPix will destroy copies of the images in their possession after 14 days of the event.




YouPix will not be liable for failing to perform under the Agreement by the occurrence of any event beyond our reasonable control, including a labour disturbance, power outage or interruption of service, communication outage, failure by a service provided to us to perform, fire, threatened or actual act of terrorism, natural disaster, or war.


The hirer agrees that in all circumstances, the liability of YouPix is limited to an amount equal to the booking cost. 


YouPix will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.


An equipment fault that may arise during the event will be rectified as soon as possible. We will try our best to have it rectified within 30 minutes.  However, if the outage will exceed 30 minutes or more, YouPix will refund part of your payment on a pro rata rate.




The YouPix Mirror Photo Booth is the latest in technology. No liquids like water or alcohol are allowed near the mirror photo booth. Any spillages could result in the photo booth being closed. 

Weather conditions that cause damage to our equipment or photo booth will result in the photo booth being closed, packed up or cost for damages billed to you.

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult when using the mirror booth. Your host has the right to ask them to leave or to go and get a responsible adult to assist them. Any damaged caused by your guests will result in the photo booth being closed, packed up or cost for damages billed to you.


Your host may also stop the usage of the Photo Booth at any time during the event if they feel that the Photo Booth is being misused in a way that is dangerous to any persons or potentially damaging to the product.
